Kyushu Expressway Pass (KEP) 2017年版終於推出！

What's “Kyushu Expressway Pass”?
All-you-can-drive Kyushu Expressways for a flat rate, “KYUSHU EXPRESSWAY PASS”(KEP) is now on sale! (Except for some areas. )
With the ETC（Electronic Toll Collection System）card provided by designated car rental companies, you can use expressways without stopping at toll plazas.
This pass is available only for International visitors. Plans start from 3,500 yen for 2 days. More days you rent, better price you will get!
Pick your plan from 2-day to 10-day(Maximum).
When you make a car reservation, book for both the car and the “KEP” plan of your choice.
ELIGIBILITY

Non-Japanese passport holders or Japanese nationals with permanent residency in foreign　countries.
With a driver's license valid in Japan.

Kyushu Expressway Pass的售價

與HEP和CEP一樣，KEP也採用固定價格，有效期內可無限次進出高速公路的使用模式。KEP的有效期由2日至10日，今年的價格由3,500日元(2天)至11,500日元(10天)，與上年的價格相比，不論日數一律加價1,000日元。

踏入第三年，NEXCO西日本除了在官網發佈銷售Kyushu Expressway Pass的消息外，今年開始也增設了一個固定的KEP官方網站，提供較為完整的KEP資訊。

另外，也有跟往年一樣製作中、英文版的KEP小冊子。

Kyushu Expressway Pass的銷售對象和覆蓋範圍

Kyushu Expressway Pass只是對在日本九州租車自駕遊的外國旅客(或旅居海外的日本僑民)銷售，可以在NEXCO西日本管理的九州地區的高速公路無限次使用，但有個別道路除外，

例如：環繞福岡市的福岡都市高速道路、北九州市周邊的北九州都市高速道路、關門大橋、關門隧道、長崎市附近的川平有料道路、びながさき出島道路以及鹿兒島指宿附近的び指宿スカイライン等。

Kyushu Expressway Pass的覆蓋區域，以及不包括的KEP的道路。

跟HEP和CEP一樣，KEP的功能同樣需要配合ETC卡使用，所以購買Kyushu Expressway Pass時需要同時向租車公司租借一張ETC卡。

租借ETC卡需要支付租金，不同租車公司的租金會有所不同，大部份公司的租金是324日元。

使用高速公路前，需要將ETC卡插入車內的ETC讀卡器，這樣所使用的高速公路路段和路費都會被記錄在ETC卡內，路費會在還車時在租車公司進行結算，如果所有路段都包括在Kyushu Expressway Pass的範圍，就無須再支付路費，但如果有使用KEP覆蓋區域以外的道路時，就需要額外支付覆蓋區域以外的道路路費。路費計算規則與CEP相似，詳細說明可以查閱KEP官方網站的說明，或者參考《日本中部(名古屋)自駕遊必買：外國自駕遊旅客專用的中日本高速公路ETC卡 – Central Nippon Expressway Pass》內"使用CEP覆蓋範圍以外的高速公路"段的說明。
